Strawberry Picking!

The girls had permission to eat as many berries as they wanted.  Danni did!

We LOVED picking strawberries!

Danni's Daisy troop had a family field trip to Tanaka Farms!  We got to take a tractor ride through the farm, where we stopped at various fields to sample the crops!  We got to taste cilantro, green beans, carrots, celery, broccoli, green onion, and kale.  I didn't let any of those disgusting things get near my face!!  (Danni was brave and tried a few!!)  At the end of the tour, we got to get out at the strawberry fields to fill up our baskets with beautiful red berries!  The tour guide even told us that we could eat as many as we wanted while we picked.  Danni filled her tummy and her basket.  I stuck to just picking some for later.  It was a gorgeous day!!!
