We returned from our trip only a few days before Halloween, so we had to squeeze all kinds of Halloween fun into just a couple of days!!  We visited our local pumpkin patch, and even though we were late in the season, they still had a great selection!  Danni and I each found the perfect pumpkin!!  We carved our pumpkins that evening... we were convinced that we were going to roast the pumpkin seeds and eat them... but then we saw the slime that covered them and we quickly changed our minds!  GROSS!!!  Then we moved on to cookie decorating!  A holiday wouldn't be complete without Mommy's sugar cookies and special frosting!  It was an especially yummy treat because we hadn't had any baked goods during our Turkey trip -- American sweets tasted SO good!!!  We made up for a lot of lost time and quickly got into the Halloween spirit with all of our traditional activities!!!
