World Cup Preparation!

Hamming....

Putting the sticks in the holes....

"I'm screwing the little man..."  (you had to put a screw through the little man to get him to stay on the stick...)

Proud of my mini soccer game!

Danni has a taste for construction too...

She liked watching me build!

Playing soccer....  but it's funny, this perfect choking hazard sized ball disappeared before we got home!

I got to make yet another craft at Home Depot's Kids' Craft Saturday.  The World Cup is coming, so today's craft was a mini soccer game.  It kinda works like a foosball table... but the little dudes are wearing soccer jerseys instead.  I LOVE building and am starting to have quite the collection of wood projects!

Train!!!

 Get back on track!

I love the bridges and tunnels!!

This was my absolute FAVORITE birthday gift!  My new train set!!  It requires great concentration to be a train engineer like I am!   :)  Thanks, Mama Vee!

Hanging with my cousins...

Deep, Aakash, and I enjoyed a donut breakfast!

Danni wanted to be just like us guys and tried climbing up the big yellow slide...

She was all proud of herself for making Mommy climb up the slide to get her...

One of the BEST parts of our birthday was that our cousins came to visit from Northern California.  They stayed the night at my house.  Unfortunately, the camera was "misplaced" during most of their visit so the destruction that we wreaked upon the house was not documented!  ;)  We had so much fun... we played in the yard with the hose, splashed in the hot tub, rode tricycles, played trucks, and ate cake!  I wish they lived closer so we could play more often!!  :)

Birthday Fiesta!!!

Danni's cake to share...

Danni's cake to destroy...

My jungle cake!

Having fun in the Dora Bouncer!

It's fun being the birthday boy!!

Uncle Po and soon-to-be Auntie Kelly

Great Aunt Dur, Hailey and Grayson-baby...

Danni joined the party a little late... she had to get her beauty sleep!

 I LOVE fire!

I also love it when people sing to me!!
Mommy and Daddy helped me blow the candles out!

Our familia (Danni's hiding in the background!)
 Danni didn't mess around...

She loves buttercream just like her mommy!

She REALLY enjoyed her cake!

Mommy and I had fun bouncing!

Danni liked bouncing too!!

Uncle Po was the BEST bouncer, though... he almost knocked the thing over. I loved every second!!  :)

Hmmmm...did Mommy and Daddy plan this?  My birthday and Danni's birthday are conveniently only 3 weeks apart....  was this a clever ploy to avoid paying for TWO birthday parties??  Hmmm....  It worked THIS year... mainly because my sister is too little to know what's going on... but next year they might not get so lucky!

We celebrated my 3rd birthday and Danni's first brithday with a Dora & Diego party!  The taco man came and made delicious food for us (and saved Mommy and Daddy from cooking!)  We had a Dora bouncer, and the day was warm, so we got to splash around in the water park!!!  It was the perfect day!  I was surrounded by all of my friends and family... AND I didn't have to take a nap!!!  I love birthdays!

Happy Birthday, Zashi!!!

My favorite breakfast... a sprinkle donut washed down with chocolate milk!

Danni wanted a bite.  But it's not HER birthday!

Giving my sister birthday kisses...

A rare moment where we're both looking at the camera!

Since it was my birthday, I didn't get a time out for undoing all of the chains in line at Disneyland.

I rode the Matterhorn for the first time!  I LOVED it!

I wasn't scared at all and asked to go again ... so we did!

Still mesmerized by Small World!

Danni gave me a head massage during the ride...

I got Diego sunglasses for my birthday!!

I shared my animal crackers with Danni....

Who's that cool 3-year-old on the Up&Down?  Oh yeah... it's ME!!!

My parents let me pick any sunter I wanted from the sunter tree...

I chose the little 50 center.  (Just wait until next year!)

Another birthday hit was my paint book!

I am serious about my art...

We celebrated with my friends over pizza and games.  A perfect end to the day!!

My birthday train cake!!  :)

Happy Birthday to ME!!!  I turned THREE on May 25th!!!  My parents planned a day full of all of my favorite things!!  For breakfast, I got my signature sprinkle donut and washed it down with some chocolate milk.  Then we headed to Disneyland for some fun!  I picked every ride ...  and demanded to go on a "big roller coaster"  (not the fake one in Toon Town!) ...  I am tall enough to ride the Matterhorn now, so my parents took me on it -- I LOVED it!!   After Disneyland, we had lunch at McDonald's.  I played with my new birthday stuff for a bit, then it was off to the pizza place for a party with my friends!!!  I was SO tired by then end of the day....  but I enjoyed every second of it.  Birthdays aren't so bad after all!  ;)

Yard Duty!

 Daddy's little helper!

Daddy did the bottom half and I did the top half.

Danni tried to get in on the action with her 'mower'

Hers didn't really mow the grass, though....

She got tired of doing yard work and decided to take a tractor ride instead...

I offered to push her down the driveway.  Mommy didn't seem to think this was a very generous offer!

Daddy needed some help mowing the lawn, so I was more than happy to dust off MY mower and lend a hand.  Of course, Danni didn't want to be left out, so she got her little walker toy out too.  (I didn't have the heart to tell her that she wasn't REALLY helping....)  We may have a future in landscape engineering!  :)
