The Girl Scouts organized a huge Color Run to kick off their cookie sale. Unfortunately, on the original day it was scheduled, strong winds were blowing and the event was postponed. Instead, they held it about halfway through the cookie sale... and it was just as much fun! They had games for the kids to play, food to buy, a science fair, and great music. Right as the race was supposed to start, it started to rain. Danni and I were not dressed for the occasion, so we opted to go grab some Starbucks hot chocolate instead!!! We had an awesome time before the storm struck!! Maybe next year, the weather will be more cooperative!
