A Sneak Peek at Carsland!

Danni wasn't too fond of Tow-Mater's ride...

Just the boys!

I got to hold the boarding pass for Luigi's Tire ride!

It was a looooong wait, they kept pausing the ride to do live interviews...

I loved the giant beach balls!

Having a ball!!

I wanted to take one home!

Waiting for the Radiator Springs Racers...  I was way more excited about this ride BEFORE we went on it.  It was a little too fast for my taste!

Playing in the beads at a new 70's themed shop...

Danni loved sharing our ride with Baby Autumn!

She was so pleased to ride the pink dolphin!

Merry-go-Rounders!

Silly boys with silly glasses for Midway Mania!

Danni got to meet Jessie!

We stopped to play Legos on the way to the car!
Mommy won tickets to a super cool private party for the premiere of Carsland!  Disney California Adventure park was closed to the public and was only open for prize winners and the media.  We got special wristbands that allowed us a 4.5 hour window to explore Carsland!!  It was AMAZING!  We rode every single new ride in under an hour, despite long pauses for news anchors to conduct live interviews!!  We shared our adventure with Baby Autumn and her grammie, Miss Jennifer!  The three of us got along so well!!  After exploring Carsland, we walked on nearly every ride in the park... without a line in sight!!  It was so great to explore the new land before the grand opening the following day!!!  (I doubt Mommy and Daddy would have been patient enough to endure the crowds!)

Last Field Trip as a Preschooler!

Ready to bounce with my crew!!

I LOVE the big slide!!!

Class shot in the mouth of a giant crocodile!

Pizza with my preschool pals!!
I celebrated my preschool graduation with a class field trip and party to the Wild Kingdom!  It was so much fun to bounce and play with my teachers and friends.  I was so excited that I forgot to be sad ... it was our last get together as a class -- I have had SUCH a wonderful year with all of my friends at Crosspoint!!  This party was the perfect way to end it!!

Happy Birthday, Leo!

Airborne princess!

We love to bounce, bounce, bounce!!!

Crazies!  (And mommy's toes...)

Cooling off with some lemonade...

Danni wanted to swim in the koi pond...

Pretty party baby!

She aimed a little low in the 'pin-the-mustache-on-Mario' game....

I won a prize for my carefully placed mustache!!

Super excited about my candy haul!!

Danni was in a hurry to dig into her candy treats too!!!
My friend Leo joined me in the five-year-olds club ... we celebrated with an awesome Super Mario Brothers themed party at his new house up in Lake Mathews.  His party had all of our favorites... a bouncer, yummy food, games, a pinata, and lots of treats!!  We were super tired afterward (Mommy and Daddy had a babysitter for us right after the party and we went down without a peep...  too tired to even pull any pranks!!)  Happy 5th Birthday, Leo!!

Blueberry Picking!!

Farmer Zashi!

Farmer Danni

Drifing the big red tractor (on a BLUEberry farm!)

She took a turn at the wheel too!

The first blueberry that I picked!

She was excited to have a pink bucket!

I don't like eating them... but I sure liked picking them!

Blueberry picker baby!

Hiding!!

I had a nice afternoon hanging with baby Autumn and Danni!!
Danni and I met our friend Baby Autumn at the blueberry patch for an afternoon of blueberry picking!  We got a quick lesson on blueberry picking basics (only pick the BLUE ones, lift up the branches to find the bigger berries!), we headed off into the blueberry patch to have some fun!  Danni, Autumn, and I filled up a few buckets of berries.  Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the berries themselves... but Mommy made some blueberry milkshakes and some blueberry cookies when we got home that I managed to choke down (and like!!!  :)

Summertime Swim Lessons

Waiting for our lesson to start!

Can you guess which one of us was excited to meet Mr. Jacob, our swim teacher?

She Beast-faced him through the entire lesson!

I had a blast splashing everyone with my big kickers!

Is that a smile from the Beast??
Danni and I headed back to the pool for a summer of swim lessons.  We met our teacher, Mr. Jacob ...  we instantly hit it off.  Danni doesn't really care for him because he has a beard (she is more into the clean-cut look), so she beasted at him throughout our lesson.  (She did cooperate though, so Mommy and Daddy were okay with her making terrible faces!)  I can't wait to practice all of my swim skills and move up to the next class!  :)

Happy Birthday, Jordyn!

Making our royal entrance...

It didn't take Danni long to realize that the princess dress cramped her park-playing style...

I loved the SUPER tall curly slide!

It was a hair-raising adventure!!

Tire swinging with Tristan...

We got to make our own princess crowns...

... and prince crowns...

Prince Zashi the tonguesterizer...

Princess Danni

Playing sweetly together... for a quick minute!  :)
Our friend Jordyn celebrated her third birthday with a princess party!  Danni was SO excited to wear her princess dress in public ... but when she found out that the kids were doing some un-princessy activities (like racing around, rolling in wood chips, climbing up jungle gyms, and sliding down slides...), she quickly changed into a more park-friendly outfit.  We had fun wearing ourselves out on the park equipment, eating yummy barbecue, and making our own prince and princess crowns!!  We LOVE birthday parties!! :)
