December in the Park!

Beautiful park day.... beautiful boy!

I climbed up high!!!

Danni found a finger sticking up through the floor.  She bit it.

She loves the park too!

I love playing with my sister!
I am SUCH a California boy!!  I love sunshine and blue skies... and I love it that we can still enjoy those (plus some 80 degree weather!) in December!!!  We all took advantage of a beautiful afternoon and burnt off some energy with a visit to the park!  Danni is getting really good at climbing up all of the equipment ... she is afraid of the 'troll bridge' though...  so she scoots along that on her tummy.  Daddy stuck his fingers through the bridge floor for her to discover.  She thought it was funny and nibbled on them!  Silly park baby!!

Soccer Stud!I

GOAL!!

I'm MUCH better at dribbling!!

And following directions... the coach makes us do silly things!

Practicing with my classmates!!

Another game with the rings!

Danni likes the rings too!

Playing with the little goals on our last night!

I LOVE soccer!!

Getting my mind in the game...

On the last night, we all got certificates and medals!

I wore my medal for two days!!
"Mommy, I love to run.  That's why I love soccer!"  Soccer season came to an end during the first week of December....  I learned so much about the game and even scored some goals in our little 3-on-3 scrimmages!!!  (Of course, I am SUPER motivated to score because I get to stay up late and get ice cream at Baskin Robbins if I do!!)   I can't wait for the new season to start later in January!!!

Oh, Christmas Tree!!!

Black Friday means one thing!!  It's Christmas tree time!!!  Mommy, Daddy, Danni, and I skipped out on shopping all of the sales and went Christmas tree hunting instead.  I showed Danni how to pick a good tree (it has to be SUPER tall)  We picked out a good one ... all wrapped up in a net 'so it won't get away.'   We spent the afternoon decorating our tree...  I showed Danni how to test the lights, and also how to put tinsel icicles on the tree ("One at a time Danni, or it will look ugly!").   I also taught her how to put ornaments on ...  "Use the hookers, Danni!"   She was a great student and our Christmas tree turned out "soooo predddy!"

Showing Danni the SUPER big trees...

"This one has to many branches."

Trees are heffy ... but I am strong!!

This is the one we picked!!

Danni tried to assist with the tree set-up.  Daddy didn't appreciate it very much!

Still not very helpful!

She liked inspecting the lights!

And tasting them!

BLUUUUUU!

We had to test all of the lights before they went on the tree.  This was the perfect spot!

Tinsel hair!

Danni had a hard time just grabbing ONE!

She liked throwing tinsel on the tree!

Admiring our hard work!
We missed a spot!
I was VERY serious about my decorating!

Danni was tired out at the end!

Turkey Day!!

Playing toys with Auntie Suz
My bro-bot needed new batteries!  Papa to the rescue!!
Danni and Papa share a love for iphones!
Danni liked watching videos of herself on Papa's phone.
Danni modeling her fairy outfit -- Auntie Suz got it for her in Bali!
She turned Uncle Paul into a fairy....
The weather was perfect so we played outside!
Papa made sure we took turns on the slide.
MOVE DANNI!!!  DANNI, MOVE!!!
I LOVE coloring with Auntie Suz!!
Danni likes celery... "like the Wonder Pets!"
I got to drink 'champagne' out of a shot glass...
Cheers!!
I didn't break any of Mommy's fancy crystal with my toasting!
Papa had turkey for dinner... and animal cookies...
Danni didn't get stuck at the kids' table.....
Papa brought his blower (and a bag of leaves!) for me to play with!!!

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays since it is all about hanging with family and eating yummy food!!!  This year, my parents hosted Thanksgiving -- my only job was not to destroy the house until all of the guests arrived!!  :)   I ate all of my 'turkey-chicken'  (with ketchup, of course!) and had so much fun hanging with Papa, Auntie Lynn, Auntie Suz, and Uncle Paul.  We had lots of time to play, and the weather was beautiful, so we took Papa's blower beh-beh outside for more fun!  I LOVE Turkey Day!!!
