After they taught the preschoolers about animals, the Daisies helped the little kids make bird feeders by threading Cheerios onto pipe cleaners.

Danni only wanted to help the girl preschoolers.

Danni's Daisy troop headed over to a neighborhood preschool to teach them about animals from different countries around the world, and also how to care for animals.  After their presentation, they had to help the preschool students with a bird feeder project that consisted of threading Cheerios onto pipe cleaners (you then hang the pipe cleaners from your tree branches and the birds will come and peck them.)  Danni wore hers as a bracelet and SHE ate the Cheerios!  :)  The girls had to complete their presentation as a part of earning a journey patch.  They learned about animals at their meetings and then shared their knowledge with little kids.  Danni did an excellent job!  She wasn't nervous at all and her little students learned a lot!!
