Bye, Bye Bodrum!

The fruit market in Bodrum was BEAUTIFUL!!

We LOVED our waiter, Volcon... (he thought we were pretty cool too!)

We took in the local 'circus' which was really a magic show!  I got called onstage to do a trick with a snake!

I wasn't scared at all!!

We had fun crafting in our room!  (And the staff at the Bodrium appreciated all of their drawings and cards!)

I bought a cone sign from the local sign shop.  It was a little awkward to pack!

Signs EVERYWHERE!

I wish we had stores like this in the US!

Our favorite tiny hotel kitten, Ginger.

Dolphin Danni!

We had hours of fun in the pool... usually all by ourselves!

The Fall Guy!

Hanging at the Turkish mall!

Bowling is the same!!

Danni was thrilled that they even had pink bowling balls!

The ball launcher was just as cool as the one in California!

Crazy bowler girl!

We found a Turkish Arcade!

Cutest aliens on this planet!

We will miss you, Volcon!!

In the cab on the way to the airport.  No car seat laws here!!

Danni was TIRED from a long day in Bodrum!!

Better than a window seat view...  Mommy's lap on the plane... :)
What wonderful memories we made in Bodrum!!!  We had a lot of fun exploring the historical sites in the city... and we visited some modern places as well!  We checked out their shopping mall (it had an arcade just like the one we have at home... complete with over priced games and cheapie rides!)  ... we also went bowling at the local bowling alley!  Despite visiting many places during our week in Bodrum, our favorite hang out there was our hotel's pool!!!  We almost always had the entire pool to ourselves!!  While we were excited to begin the next leg of our journey, we were still sad to say good bye to Bodrum!!
