Danni was only fishing for smart fish.  They were too smart to get hooked and stole all of her bait!

She caught one at last... but she was mad that it was only ugly and gray.  Not a real rainbow trout!

I cheated later and threw fish food in the pond and just netted one.  Pretty clever if you ask me!

Danni and a whole school of friends.

Danni and I have never been fishing, so Mommy and Daddy took us up to Mt. Baldy to give us a little experience.  The fish were super hungry and were biting like crazy!  Danni and I both caught 3 of them!!  (But neither one of us would eat what we caught!)  We also didn't like touching the fish once we had reeled them in.  They are so slimy and gross!!  I can't wait to test out my fishing skills in a creek or lake sometime soon - I think I have it down!!
