Mammoth Mountain Gondola Ride!

We found an elephant with antennas in his mouth.

The slopes were open and hopping!!

Ready for our ride to the peak!

She wanted nothing to do with the ride!

We went super high!!!

I loved the view from the top!!

She didn't like being at the tip top of the mountain!!

The ride down was no better for that poor Beast!

Since we don't ski or snowboard (yet!), we decided to check out the slopes by gondola!  We took the Mammoth Mountain gondola all the way to the top of the mountain and then got out to explore.  Danni hated every second of it (she is not a fan of heights!) The views were incredible and it was fun to watch the daredevil skiers and snowboarders doing crazy stunts on the slopes below.  Did you notice our shoes? We didn't come prepared for snow!!  Luckily, Mammoth had a great thrift shop and we found some shoes to keep our toes warm for the rest of the trip!  :)
