Playa Marsella

Hiking down to the beach...

It was worth the long walk...  

We had the entire beach to ourselves!

Watching the waves...

She loved panning for sand crabs in the surf...

... and running away from the waves when they got too big!

The water was nice and cool!

It was a gorgeous day!

We had fun playing in the sand as well!

She was trying to avoid the waves....

She built a beautiful sand castle...and decorated it with pretty beach flowers!

Our mountain villa was located within walking (... hiking!) distance of two prisitne beaches!  We visited Playa Marsella for our first beach adventure... Mommy picked it, of course!)  It was work the long hike there and back!  The beach was completely empty and it was gorgeous.  The waves were small, and there was tons of sand to build with!!  It was a perfect day at the beach!!
