October is prime apple picking time!!  We headed out to Oak Glen to harvest some apples... only to find that the crop this year wasn't so plentiful.  :(  Thankfully, there were plenty of other crops on the farm that needed picking!  We picked flowers from their gorgeous flower fields and we also filled a basket (and our tummies) with some deliciously ripe strawberries!  Our favorite treat, though, was a giant caramel apple from the farm store!  It disappeared before Mommy could snap a picture!  We are hoping for more apple-friendly weather next year!!  :)
