MORE Birthday!!!

The 'Spring' (aka Slinky) was my favorite gift of the day!

Mama Vee got me a new CD player... we had an impromptu Jingle Bells dance party.

Picnic birthday dinner!

Two of my favorite girls!

Pinata time!  We started with a hitter stick....

Moved on to a mallet....

Danni tried with the stick...

Busted out the claw end of a hammer to get the job done at last!

CANDY!!!!

My soccer and Backyardigans cake!

The party continued in the hot tub!!!
Turning four means LOTS of partying!!  Luckily, I was up for the job!!  We had a nice birthday barbecue with Mama Vee, Uncle Paul, Aunt Kelly and Gracie and her family.  It was small and perfect!!!  Gracie and I had a blast playing in the yard, attempting to smash the teflon pinata, and then splashing in the hot tub afterward!  I think I like this birthday stuff ... A LOT!  :)

Birthday Bike!

First time taking the big boy bike out on the road!

I picked out my own bike and helmet!

Putting my feet up before the ride!

Danni brought her new bike out for a spin too!

Daddy pulled her with a rope because her legs are just a teeny bit too short to reach the peddles...

I love bike riding!!
One of the things that I picked out for my birthday was my first 'big boy' bike...  It is a two wheeler (with training wheels .... for now!) I also picked out a sweet shark helmet to match.  I've been trying to practice riding inside the house... but that hasn't been working out too well... so we went to the high school parking lot one evening and rode around.  I'm getting good at peddling and braking...  now I just have to learn to watch the road!  :)

Pinata Power!

Pretty pleased with my pinata!

I picked everything... the characters, the colors... and you probably guessed, the size!

Happy pinata boy!

I insisted on filling it up myself!

Guess who snuck a couple of candies out of the pile and ate them?!
I decided that I only wanted a small party for my birthday....  but one of my demands was that there would be a pinata to beat on.  Mommy and I went to the pinata store and she let me order my own creation.  Backyardigans with blue, yellow, and red decorations!  Oh yeah... and I wanted the GIGANTIC one!!!  I think I'm getting my parents trained!  ;)

Happy 4th Birthday to ME!

Birthday Donut (complimented by the 4-year-old-fake-smile that I have started flashing)

She loves frosting!

Birthday soccer practice!

Birthday goal!

Ending the day with an ice cream treat with Gracie!
Happy Big 0-4 to ME ME ME!!!  I had SUCH an amazing birthday!!!  My parents let me choose what to do all day long!  I started with grabbing a birthday donut... Then we went to Toys R Us to pick out some new birthday loot.  (I chose a radio controlled tractor -- COOL!  Although an even bigger hit was the free 'Geoffrey's Birthday Club' balloon that I got!)  After our shopping spree, I chose to go to John's Incredible Pizza for lunch and games!!  We came home, took a rest, then I went to soccer, then to an ice cream date with Gracie!  I got to stay up late and watch Backyardigans too!  Whew!!!  What a busy and fantastic day!!!  'Is tomorrow my birthday again?!'  :)
