FINALLY!  We got to take part in the gourmet food truck madness that foodies have been raving about lately!  Every Tuesday night, a whole bunch of food trucks get together in the Best Buy parking lot in the City of Industry for 'Tuesday Night Truck Squad' ...  It's pretty cool -- you can wander from truck to truck and sample all sorts of yummy treats!!  We visited for the first time and REALLY enjoyed ourselves!  What was on the menu?  Chili dogs & buffalo/bleu cheese french fries from 'The Greasy Wiener,' Bulgogi Burritos from the 'Calbi Truck,' and cake balls from 'The Sweets Truck.'  My appetite and I can't wait to go back!  :)
