Building with Mama Vee!

Guess who was excited to build?!

I handled the wood glue....

Danni and I each got to make a project!  It was her first one!

Taking a break to check out the scenery!

I built my heart shelf all by myself!

Mama Vee taught Danni how to use the hammer!
Ta-da!!!  (Mommy forgot my apron, so I asked the lady for another one...)

Proud little builder!

Danni and Mama Vee like construction too!

I haven't been too interested in construction lately...  but this month, when Mommy asked if I wanted to hammer, nail, and glue wood together to make a Valentine's heart shelf, I was all over it!  We met Mama Vee at Home Depot and built away!  Danni got to make her own project too!  Mama Vee and I helped her learn how to ham the nails ...  she did a pretty good job for her first time!  We worked up quite an appetite with all of our construction, so we headed to Denny's for some pancakes afterward!  I wonder what we'll build next?!

The Diz with Papa!

Ramey and I hit it off right away!

Smiling with my Disney date!

The Beast enjoyed a cookie...  (plus this is photographic proof that she started the day clean!!)

I was patient and sweet at breakfast!!!

Dancing around a tree on Main Street with Ramey....

Danni got some Papa cuddles...

And so did I!

Ramey's Uncle Joey surprised all of the kids with new hats!  Danni was skeptical about her princess ears!

I LOVED my pirate ears...  Mommy says it's the only ear piercing I'm ever allowed to have!

After several failed attempts, Danni FINALLY wore her hat... and a matching pout.

Auntie Lynn got me a bubble shooter!  Frank taught me how to use it!

Bubbling with Ramey!

Danni made a few selections in the princess shop!

More bubble fun!

Taking it all in!

Danni rockin' her new Mickey shades...

Papa made her giggle!

Meeting Baby Nicolas...

Upside-downer!

Looking homeless and tired at the end of the day....

Taking a break with Papa while the big kids ride the roller coaster!

Daddy and I got the 'caboost' of the roller coaster!

Climbing up!

Coming down the hill!!!
Papa, Ahntee Suz, and Auntie Lynn visited the Diz this past weekend to celebrate Lynn's brother's birthday.  Her entire family came along and it was quite the celebration!!  Our family joined in on the fun!  The weather was perfect, and we had a blast visiting and riding on all of the rides!!  Mommy and Daddy even let us skip our naps!  :)  I was so excited to hang out with Lynn's niece Ramey...  she was a great riding, listening, and dancing partner throughout the day!!  Just when I thought Disneyland couldn't get any better....  ;)

Happy Heart Day!!

Valentine Danni!

Mommy's handsome Valentine...

Danni was upset because she wanted a turn on the slide....

Then I got upset because SHE got a turn on the slide...

Sunters make it all better....

Her sunter broke, so she swiped mine....

I was patient for a little while...  but not for long!

Swiping MINE back....

She'll get over it....  ;)

Enjoying my sunter on a perfect day!

Sweet sunter boy!

Happy Valentine's Day!!
Mommy dragged us to have Valentine's portraits taken in the studio...  and since we were all cleaned up and matching, she took this as an opportunity to take us into the back yard and play with the settings on her new camera.  :)   Her new camera moves almost as fast as we do!!  Danni and I were happy to play photo shoot with her because two gigantic heart sunters were involved!  (Although Danni's broke after about 5 minutes!)  Despite all of the crying and a couple of squabbles over sunter ownership, Mommy says we are the bestest Valentines she has ever had!  :)

Pretend City!!

Danni liked going back and forth over the bridge!

She got right behind the wheel of a little Jeep!

Maybe I'll be into plumbing like Uncle Po!

Danni cruised in a mini-Beemer at the beach...

She found a baby Orca in the water tank...

She was VERY proud of the day's catch!

Not quite sure what to do with CORDED phones!

She found a silly baby in the mirror....

Lots of places to climb and explore!

Mommy's favorite snack -- cake!!!

Fishing in the water table...

She loved the fireman's hat!

Drifing along with an older woman!

I liked the convertible Beemer too!

Danni likes hats!

Danni had pink fishies for dessert!

Building dams in the water table...
Mommy and Daddy had heard all kinds of wonderful things about a super cool children's museum place in Irvine called Pretend City.... so they finally decided to take us there for a day of fun!  It is a miniature hands-on city with all sorts of neat things for kids to explore!  They had a doctor's office, a gas station, a police station, a beach, a water area, a restaurant, a grocery store, and more!  Danni and I had a blast roaming all over!!  We can't wait for our second trip!!
