Kickin' it Soccer Style!

Danni loves soccer!  It brought new shoes into the house!

Rocking the 'crusher shoes' ...

Taking a pre-soccer rest....

'I have to walk on the wall so I don't crush the grass with my crusher shoes!'

No pictures, Mommy!

Sharing balls with Gracie...

Hmmm... I may make a better football player.....

Or maybe I have the beginnings of being a great goalie....

Concentrating!

I threw all of the balls on the goal and shook it....  :)

Danni wanted to join in the fun too....

By the end of the night, I could dribble the ball!!!

Danni snuck a drink out of my super cool new soccer water bottle....
It's been awhile since I've experienced an organized activity...  Mommy and Daddy thought it was time to give it a go again and enrolled me in a soccer skills class...  We had our first class tonight, and it went well, for the most part!  All of the kids in the class are between 2.5 and 4 years old... with varying degrees of skill (at soccer AND at following directions!) .. We did a lot of running around and playing games which I loved.  The part I was not so fond of...  the dark!  The sun went down about halfway through our class.  I didn't like playing in the dark (even with the field lights) at all... so Daddy had to bring me home (he couldn't 'turn the sun back on!').  I KNOW I can be a soccer star...  as long as the games are all during daylight hours!

Happy Birthday, Mommy!

Danni and I with the Birthday Mommy on the Mondo-rail...

Posing with the pumpkin head man...

ALMOST got a decent family pic....

Fake smiling before going on the Haunted Mansion...

Danni was skeptical about the 'Scary House'

First time on the keel boats to Tom Sawyer's Island (Mommy doesn't know what the new name is....)

Danni enjoyed the boat ride too!  She danced!

I love boating!

Had fun exploring the treehouse....

And swinging on the high bridge....

And splashing on the 'cartoon' bridge (it is called the pontoon bridge...)

First time spelunker....

Caves RULE!

Drifing the pirate ship...

Danni liked swinging on the rope fence...

Danni gives dirty looks to people she doesn't like....

Our attempts at a group photo didn't go well....
Mommy celebrated her 36th birthday with her three favoritest people at the Happiest Place on Earth!  We spent most of the day exploring Tom Sawyer's Island...  I had an absolute blast running through the caves, crossing the bridges, and climbing up into the treehouse!!!  It made Mommy happy to see me so 'upsided!'  After the Diz, we went to Mimi's for lunch (Mommy LOVES their pumpkin pancakes!  Mmmmm!)  Later on, we took her to BJ's for dinner...   She also wants me to mention that she was especially spoiled because she got to go to Vegas for three days of spa-ing, buffet gorging, sleeping, and relaxing .... without us!!  Daddy did an amazing job of kid wrangling while she was away....  Mommy says that she missed us, but returned 'emotionally refreshed'...    Birthdays just keep getting better and better!!!!  :)

Happy Birthday, Grant!

Danni was a little shy at first....

I was fascinated by all of the new baby toys in the play room.  Why didn't they have this kind of cool stuff when I was a little kid?!

Danni loves a party!

She was mad because a little kid kept trying to take 'her' toys...

Lisa, Rob, and Grant-Baby

Enjoying our slab of birthday cake....

I got to eat Danni's share!

I didn't want to leave!!!

We celebrated Grant-Baby's first birthday this weekend with a fun 'Cat in the Hat' themed party at his parents' house in Pasadena.  Danni and I had a great time giving Lisa and Rob a preview of what lies ahead for them.  We ransacked their play room, smashed fishies into a billion teeny tiny pieces and tracked them everywhere, and got turquoise frosting fingerprints on every surface that we could reach.  :)  It was a great party!!!  :)  Happy 1st Birthday, Grant!

In the Zone!

I love the tunnel slide!!

Getting ready to climb in the big red circle!

Making an 'outside noise' (aka... screaming!)

A girl made an answering 'outside noise' and caught me a little off guard!

What did parents do before play zones?!  Mommy and Daddy love taking us to 'the zone' ...  where else can you have a fun place to play with free flowing caffeine??  Everyone wins!!  (And sometimes we hit the jackpot and come home with 5 million new germies too!)  ;)   While I was playing at Donald's the other day, I demanded that Mommy get her camera out ... then I told her when to take my picture....  I want to make sure that she documents ALL of my skills!  :)

Eastvale 5K

Mommy and her workout buddies from CrossFit IE

Daddy, Danni, and I rolling around the track!

Mommy running some of her teammates to the finish line!

Mommy and Emmie (her teaching partner), and Kyra

Danni and I had fun playing football (with a basketball) with Sinjin.

If giggling were a sport, Sinjin and I would be pros!

Danni LOVES babies!!

Taking a break for string cheese on the 20 yard line...
Future goalie?!

Mommy, Daddy, Danni, and I were proud to participate in our little city's 2nd annual 5K Run/Walk.  Mommy did the running... Daddy, Danni, and I walked!  Afterward, Danni and I had fun playing soccer on the high school's cool soccer field.  It was made of fake grass and tickled our feet.  :)
