This John Deere was a little bigger than the one I have at home!
Drifing the tractor....
I asked Daddy for the keys....
It made Mommy nervous when I started messing with the shifter...
Danni liked going along for the ride...
This reminded me of one of my favorite books, Barney Backo (aka 'Barney Backhoe') ...
I can reach the wheel.... while standing!
Danni watched Mama Vee feed a baby cow... I wanted NOTHING to do with this!!
Danni wanted to roam by herself....
They had a cool bouncing area!! |
Danni got in on the bouncing action too! |
She was most comfortable on all fours! |
Tunnel vision! |
I climbed the rope ladder all the way up to the top! |
Then I got to slide down! Wheeeeee!! |
Danni had fun running back and forth! |
Climbing over the wall.... |

Giving Mama Vee a Bouncer Kiss |
I didn't care for the funnel cake... but I had fun 'making snow' with the powdered sugar once it was all gone! |
Zashi the snow blower.... |
Danni and Mommy had so much fun! |
The Norco Fair moved to a venue closer to our house this year... so it was even easier for us to enjoy! I especially loved it this year because a bunch of farmers brought their tractors... old and rusty ... shiny and new.... and parked them on the fairgrounds. They allowed kids like me to climb all over them. (And they let some of the grown ups drive them!) I loved being in the seat of a real John Deere.... and a bright yellow backhoe!! We spent a lot of time in the bouncer zone... and ate tons of yummy food!! Fairs are COOL!
