Monkey Business!

It's almost Halloween!!! It's bad enough that my parents are making me wear this silly costume around the neighborhood in the evening to trick-or-treat.... but they force me to wear it in BROAD DAYLIGHT too?! Plus, now there's a record of me being something CUTE for Halloween! From here on out, it's scary, manly costumes for me!!! :) (Welll.... I did get a lot of female attention in this get-up... so maybe cute and cuddly isn't so bad!) Happy Halloween!

Mommy and Daddy took me to pick out a pumpkin this weekend. I wasn't really into them ... they taste nasty (I tried biting them!) and they're too heavy for me to throw (tried that too!!)... I was more fascinated by the pumpkin patch's petting zoo. There was a crazy rooster that kept chasing me around, trying to peck at my car keys. I thought this was hilarious!!!! I'm looking forward to Halloween!!!

I helped Mommy celebrate her birthday on Sunday! We went to breakfast with Mama Vee and Uncle Paul at Mimi's (Mommy has a thing for their pumpkin pancakes!) After that, Daddy and I spoiled her all day.... we took her shopping AND let her take a nap!! I also gave Mommy a TON of slobbery birthday kisses! (She says these were her favorite presents of all!)

I love to crawl into teeny tiny places (like under the coffee table, or between the rungs of the chairs at the dining room table!) You can imagine how thrilled I was to discover that I could fit underneath our entertainment unit! I even try to close the door (but my darn fingers keep getting in the way!) For now, this makes the perfect little play house for me!

My cousins from Northern California came down for a visit this weekend! We spent the afternoon "playing" with my toys. (Deep and Aakash would try to play with them, and then I'd go and take them away.... I'm not so good at sharing yet!) We also went and splashed around at the water park... they'd never been to one before, so they had a ton of fun! It was also Deep's 3rd birthday, so we all enjoyed some cupcakes!!! Mmmmm..... I hope to play with my cousins again soon!!!!!

.... GPL and I will PLAY and play and play! Mommy and Daddy went to cousin Jon & Haley's wedding this weekend.... so Grandpa Larry and Auntie Lynn came all the way from Ventura to babysit me! They took great care of me!! We played all afternoon... I don't know who was more exhausted!!! And, I also don't know who had more fun, Mommy & Daddy... or ME! It was a blast! (Can someone else PLEASE invite my parents to go somewhere else and SOON?!!)

ANOTHER haircut! This time I got to ride in the taxi cab ... and I watched the Wiggles. I was very subdued until the chick busted out the clippers... I HAD to see what was making that cool noise... Luckily, she had a second pair to entertain me.... Yay! I look like a little boy again! :)

I LOVE the Fall! Today FINALLY felt like it was October. Mommy thought so too, so we took advantage of the clear blue skies, cool breeze, and warm sunshine and went for a walk to the playground. My favorite attraction is the drinking fountain!! I can now reach the button all by myself! I also met 2 adorable Maltese "kitties" named Cookie and Snoopy. They gave me lots of kisses!! Hopefully, it won't get tooooo cold for awhile! I love playing in the park!

What a FUN weekend! We went to Las Vegas to visit Daddy... he was working at the Renaissance Faire there, so Mommy and I flew out to meet him. I LOVED the airplane ride -- it was bumpy which made me giggle ... and there were tons of cute flight attendants for me to flirt with!!!

I TOTALLY dug our Vegas Crib! We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Desert ... in a two bedroom/two bathroom suite. I got my own room... and a crib that was bigger than the one I have at home!! And, to make it even more spectacular, NOTHING was baby proofed! Yay! I had a blast unloading the pots and pans and scattering them everywhere!!

On Saturday, we visited Daddy at the Renn Faire. Is it any surprise that one of my new words this weekend was "boobies?" ;P While I was there, I got to play in a hay pile, I touched a horse (kitty!) for the first time, and I did some dancing!
