Danni and I spent a long time pondering the 'ball-er coaster' ... it's like a roller coaster for little ping pong balls.

After a few days of enjoying our Christmas toys, we got out of the house and headed to the Discovery Science Museum for a day of having fun with science! :) It was SUPER crowded, but we still got to enjoy all of the exhibits, including a special section on gingerbread! Our favorite hands-on activity was decorating (and then eating!) our own cookies!!!! Who knew Science was so tasty?!

One of my favorite Christmas gifts was a donut maker!! We took it for a test drive the day after Christmas. It turns ordinary cake mix into yummy donuts.... about 75 yummy donuts to be exact!!! Mommy and I spent the afternoon baking up a batch of donuts.... I frosted them and decorated them with sprinkles and the new sword toothpicks that I got in my stocking! Sweeeet!!!

Christmas was FANTASTIC! Mommy and Daddy hosted this year, so Danni and I got to stay at our house (and in our jammies!) all day!!! It was a perfect day!!! We started by enjoying all of the treasures that Santa left for us. I got my drum set, and Danni got tons of babies ... just what we'd wished for!! Mama Vee, Uncle Paul and Aunt Kelly joined us for breakfast and another round of awesome gifts!!! Then Papa and Ahntee Suz arrived with even more presents to enjoy. We opened and played and visited ... then sat down to a delicious dinner of 'red chicken' (aka prime rib), twice baked potatoes, creamed corn, asparagus, garlic cheese bread, and caesar salad with chocolate pecan pie and pumpkin pie for dessert!! YUM! Danni and I were SO tired at the end of the day, neither one of us protested when it came time to be tucked in!! I'm going to be super good next year so that my Christmas will be just as amazing!!! :)

When we got home, I left Santa a treat!!

Mommy and Daddy surprised Danni and I with a Christmas Eve pajama run!!! Just as we were reading stories and getting ready for bed, they whisked us out the door, into the car (blaring Christmas carols!), and we drove to Denny's for a 'dark treat!' An even bigger surprise - Gracie and her family met us there!! FUN! We got a few strange looks from the other patrons (since we were all ready for bed in our pajamas!) .... but we were having so much fun, it didn't matter!!! After we all had our treats, I had to make sure to hook Santa up with some goodies too... I left him two chocolate puddings, some applesauce, a cake ball, and a cookie. He got a diet soda too, to wash it all down!! I left him a letter too, asking for a drum set! It was a pretty amazing Christmas Eve!!! :)
