Back to the Diz!

First time on the 'mondorail' ...

The Treehouse is my new Disney 'favorite-best!'

It has been WAY tooooo long since we have visited the Happiest Place on Earth!! Danni and I were so excited to visit Disneyland again after a long break....  I got to ride the 'mondorail' for the very first time... and I had a blast exploring Tarzan's Treehouse.  (I claimed later that this was my 'favorite-best' part of the day!)  Danni didn't care for the lines, the up&down, or the rockets today....  But she loved riding the slow train with Mommy!!!   Don't worry Disneyland, we'll be back soon!!

Legoland Water Park!

Legoland just opened a Lego-themed water park this year... so, of course, we had to check it out!  The park itself was nice... but we chose to visit it on a cooooold day... so Danni and I were both shivering after about an hour of water play.  We LOVED building our Lego raft for the lazy river and the kids' slides were a blast as well... but both Danni and I were ready to be warm and dry!!  :)

I was fascinated by the wood glue...  I've never been allowed to mess with this before!

Daddy helped ham the flag poles into the flag holder...

I scored some stickers!  And I made a cool flag holder!

We didn't miss the Home Depot kids' workshop day just because we were in San Diego!  We happened to be near a Home Depot, so we went over to get our monthly construction on!  This month's project was a flag holder!  My favorite part was working with the wood glue... our Home Depot at home isn't brave enough to put that out for us kids to get into....  I wanted to take the glue home with me... but Mommy and Daddy were suprisingly quick to veto that idea....

Legoland Part II

Mommy and Daddy ended up getting our family passes to Legoland... so we got to go back for a second day of fun!  We mainly wanted to play in the water park... but when we got there, it was FREEZING ... so we spent some time playing on the playground while it warmed up a bit.  Danni really loved the Lego play area because everything was just her size!!!

Vacation Water Babies!

Our vacation house had THREE spraygrounds!!  COOOL!

Figuring it all out....

Our vacation house boasted SIX different pools and three sprayground water parks!  We visited them all during our stay!!  Danni and I LOVE the water!!  We had so much fun splashing and swimming... and, as a bonus for Mommy and Daddy, we were exhausterized every single night and slept GREAT!  What a treat to have water time eVERY day!!!  :)
