Helping Mama!

Helping with the dishes!

I stole the little bottle brush from Mommy... then tried to brush my teeth with it! GROSS!

Washing and washing....

Repeating "HELP Mama!" over and over and over again.... I LOVE helping!!!

My new phrase for this week has been "HELP Mama!!" I love to help my mama around the house. Usually, I'm helping her MAKE the messes, but I have also started to help clean some of them up! I dragged a chair over to the sink so that I could reach to "help" with the dishes. (My version of helping involves throwing the clean dishes back into the sink ... hey, you can never wash a dish too much, can you?!) I also enjoy wiping down the table after we've eaten and I'll also help sweep the floor! (Hear that, ladies? I'm handy with the housework -- just another reason to love me!) :)

All hoZed down...

Icy cold refreshment!!!

Soaking wet and loving it!

This was right after I hosed Daddy! (The hose bib is right under the stream of water... so he had a bit of a challenge to get the water turned off!)

Turning the hose back on!

Future fireman stance...

I have recently discovered how to turn the garden hose on all by myself!! Mommy was pretty amused because I turned it on and proceeded to hose Daddy down. Brrrr!!! I don't mind the cold water though -- I got thoroughly soaked (right before we got into the hot tub to warm back up!)..... but I loved every second of it!! My parents are convinced that I must have been a fish in my previous life because of my adoration of water!!!

Hangin' in My Hood....

Smiling in my car seat!!

I love being cozy and warm!!!

I fussed for pizza... and then ate TWO whole slices before we got home!

Sharing a bite with Daddy....

Hiding out in my 'hood....

It's been cold and rainy lately, which means I've been bustin' out my jackets and hoodies! I usually don't like things on my head.... but I've kind of enjoyed sporting my hoodie hood.... especially when it's cold in the car!!

Rise and Shine!!

Checking out my unopened Christmas toys! (Mommy and Daddy are rationing them to keep me interested!) :)

Zack in the box!!!

... and Zack out of the box!!

Happy little box sitter....

I LOVE mornings!!!

My parents are puzzled... I am SUCH a happy morning baby!!! (Neither of them are what you'd describe as "morning people!") I love to wake up EARLY and to start in on happy playtime!!! This weekend I had such fun with a morning romp in a copy paper box.... Who needs toys when you have recyclables.... and a happy boy to play with them?!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Daddy and I surprised Mommy with a Valentine's Day portrait!

Daddy dressed me -- I matched!!! :)

Trying to get into Mommy's Valentine's candy...

Fake smile ....

Getting up in Mommy's grill...

My special V-Day dessert!

Frosting was my favorite new word of the day!! (And my favorite new sentence of the day was "MO Frosting!!!")

Mmmmm.... I love Heart Day!!

Of course, I was very spoiled on Valentine's Day! I got lots of treats ... and kisses! Mommy made me tiny cupcakes -- with FROSTING! (I learned this word REAL fast!!!) YUM!!! Daddy and I surprised Mommy with a Kiddie Kandids portrait... she loved it, of course!!! I was disappointed that I missed out on all of the Valentine's fun... Mommy and Daddy had a fondue party ... AFTER I went to bed. Luckily, there was still some chocolate fondue left over for me to sample the next day!

Visiting Mama Vee

Mama Vee's keys! (As if I have no TOYS to play with!)

I only opened the trunk of Mama Vee's car a zillion times!

Trying to get ICE CREAM out of the freezer (I LOVE this word!)

Eating in a "normal" chair at the table! (M&M's and pudding -- I love grandmas!!)

My Mommy and Daddy actually got to see a movie (in the theater... together!) this weekend! Mama Vee graciously entertained me in her fabulous House O'Toys! Every time I visit, she has even more cool stuff for me to play with and explore. I had an absolute blast (and didn't miss my parents for a millisecond!) Can't they go to the movies every weekend?!

LBC Fun!

Serious typing!

This may be extinct by the time I learn how to type!

I mastered the carriage return!

LOVE to play with the Wii! (Even when it's not on!)

Getting ready to make a shot over Grandpa Robert's walker

He shoots!!!

I LOVE ballin' with Grandpa Robert!

Having a BALL in the LBC!

I got to visit my grandma Marilyn and grandpa Robert this weekend. I had a blast hanging out and getting into all of their stuff. Grandpa Robert used to repair typewriters, so he had one out -- I LOVED it -- all kinds of buttons to press AND I even figured out how to do the carriage return!! I also had fun playing with their Wii and shooting baskets over Grandpa Robert's walker. It was a tiring afternoon! I went to bed early after all of the fun I had visiting my Long Beach peeps!!!

Science Fair!!

Mommy says my baby blues are just like Daddy's!

Hiding in the project boards....

Taking a break on the stage stairs...

It's Mommy's favorite time of year! (I'm being sarcastic -- just like her!) It's time for the Science Fair at her school. She said that it wasn't so bad this year because she got to bring ME along for some entertainment. I was more into my sippy cup than into any of the cool projects that were on display. (I walked around with it in my mouth for most of the night, hence all of the sippy pix.)

Superbowl Fun!

I have the force! (Daddy is trying to avoid getting light-sabered!)

Little Jedi...

Attempting to figure out how to play Star Wars on the Wii....

WOW!!!

Messing around on the stair with Matt...

I got to go to my first ever Super Bowl party this weekend!! I didn't really care too much about the game (I think I get that from my mommy and daddy -- they aren't really sports fans!) ... but I LOVED playing with all the kids there! My friend Matt (he's 2!) and I had fun racing up and down the stairs. I also got to play with the lightsabers from my friend Rachel's Wii. (And I only whacked Daddy in the kneecaps a couple of times!) I also loved the Superbowl food -- chips, cookies, brownies.... YUM!!! Maybe I'll pretend to like football just so I can enjoy all of the fun that comes along with it!

Barber Time!

Not THIS again....

I didn't mind the "tickler" so much this time!

Multi-tasking: getting a haircut, eating a sucker, and cracking a semi-grin for the camera!

I didn't care too much for the spray bottle!

Almost done....

My hair grows faster than any baby's I know!! So, it was off to the barber for me this weekend! Daddy came along and had his hair cut too. I am getting to be an old pro at this haircut thing... not a tear this time... although I did try to grab for the clippers! Mommy sat with me -- we both had to shower later since we ended up covered in hair. And sucker juice!
