We usually cool off in the evenings with a splash in the splash table and a shower from the hose! I also love to drink hose water. Daddy will fill up my cup (or in this case, bowl...) with the hose and I will guzzle it down... well, most of it ends up trickling all over my belly, but getting wet is the point!!!

Now that I am a rambunctious explorer, my parents rarely take me to restaurants that don't have ball pits, play areas, or paper napkin holders for me to unload! (They save the nice places for babysitter nights!) We met up with Mama Vee and Uncle Paul for a snack and some playtime at Carl's Junior... I slept REALLY well after a fun evening running ALL over the place!

....okay... so this is a DRUM... not a hat... and it's FUNNY! I am developing quite the sense of humor... Just about anything on top of my head will make me laugh with delight!! (My parents read that the average child laughs 400 times a day... the average adult only 12 times!) I definitely keep my parents above average by making them laugh with me!!!

Mama Vee hooked me up with a cool tent about a month ago. I haven't been too interested in it until this weekend.... I had an absolute blast hiding in my tent, trying to body slam it, and diving through the doors. (This is most fun when the tent is on the carpet, not on the hardwood floors!) I can't wait until I'm old enough to do some backyard tent camping! :)

Didn't I JUST get my hair cut?! Sheesh!! It seems like just last week that I visited the barber, and already, Mommy is getting tempted to put hair bows in my long hair! I put a stop to that by getting another hair cut! This time we went to a place called Cool Cuts 4 Kids... it is a kid friendly salon. The waiting area had video games for kids to play, a train set, and some Legos for me to throw. When it was my turn to get a trim, I got to sit in a red firetruck and watch the Wiggles. I was more interested in banging the fire truck bell (EVERYONE appreciated it!). I was also mesmerized by my stylist, Miss Nikki's, collection of tattoos. I've never seen a pentagram before! When I was done, they put cookie dough flavored gel in my hair and gave me a sucker and some Wubbzy stickers (who?) ... I think the results are pretty hawt! :) And, it was a FUN place! Hopefully my hair will grow fast so I can go back soon!

The weather in the evenings has been really nice, so Daddy and I have been working on some yard work. My lawn mower is MUCH cooler than his. It's not quite as noisy AND it blows bubbles. I'm hoping I'll get my own weed whacker and hedge clippers soon... those look like FUN tools!!

I'm in a TOTAL climbing phase... so my parents took me to the park to let me "legally" practice my new skills. I think it's MUCH more fun to scale the bookcases, the hearth, or the dining room table. That element of danger just makes it so much better! I DID have fun at the playground, especially since I got to play with my friend Neev. :)

This weekend, Daddy and I took Mommy to Victoria Gardens for some shopping. We boys headed over to the Bass Pro Shop for some MANLY shopping. That place had everything a guy could ask for... stuffed dead animals, fish, guns, beer... Daddy said the only thing that was missing were some scantily clad dancing ladies. I had a great time exploring!!!

I have pretty much abandoned most of my toys in favor of random home decor objects.... like shower curtains! They are perfect for a neverending game of peek-a-boo!!! And showers are great! The acoustics are perfect for screeching... and the glass is delicious to kiss!!!

This USED to be one of the few places I would nap.... (the car and in Mommy's bed were my other two nap spots!) BUT, this week I reached a major milestone and napped in my crib!!! My parents are thrilled with my progress... especially since my naps have also doubled in length!! Woohoo!!! We went on a long walk this weekend and I couldn't resist taking a snooze.... Zzzzz....
