Light switcherizer....

New toy alert!! I have discovered LIGHT SWITCHES! Unfortunately, a very baby-unfriendly person designed our house... and all of the switches are out of my reach.... sooo, in order to turn them on and off a thousand times, I'll stand beneath them and fuss until Mommy or Daddy boosts me up.... I like THIS solution better!! I can climberize AND switcherize!

Blueberry Yogurt MESS!

Part of growing up is asserting your independence... which is exactly what I have been doing at mealtimes! I am anxious to feed myself with my own spoon. Tonight, my parents gave in and let me have at it... here are the disgusting results! I've got a lot of practicing ahead of me!! (But I DO look good in blueberries, don't I?!)

Fun at Mama Vee's!

Hanging with Uncle Paul's feet...

My first popsicle.... I'm kinda unclear on the concept!

Brrrrr!!

This weekend, Uncle Paul barbecued at Mama Vee's house, so we all got together for some playtime! I climbed all over her furniture, played in her trash can, broke Mommy's cell phone, then saddled up to the table for a delicious meal! Mama Vee had sugar free popsicles for dessert... I wasn't quite sure what to make of them!!!

Haircut THREE!

Not THIS again!

Here come the clippers!!

HATE the clippers!!

Lookin' suave-cito with Mommy!

Enjoying my sucker in the car.

I think we all know by now that I have inherited MOMMY'S locks!! My hair grows and grows ... and when people start complimenting my folks on their gorgeous baby GIRL, it's time for a trip to the barber! I went back to Nick's barber shop for my third haircut. I'm getting to be a pro at this haircut stuff.... although I STILL don't care for the clippers....

Tuedays with Gracie...

Making beautiful music with Gracie!

Checking Gracie out!

Smack that bench up!!

... Gracie and I have a standing Tuesday night date... we hit our neighborhood Baskin Robbins with our parents for "Dollar Scoop Night" (Except WE never get any scoops -- just plain cones.... grrr!) Now that the weather is getting nice, Gracie and I like to run around outside after our parents finish their ice cream. People always think that we're brother and sister -- they must not be able to see the look of love in my eyes!!! ;)

Rockin' Out!

Reading stories in Mommy's glider....

Your turn to read!!!

Mischievous Z!

I have just discovered that there is a fun and exciting new toy in my room - a rocking chair!!! I love to climb it, and sometimes I'll even sit still - just like Mommy and Daddy do! I can also make it rock by lurching my body forward and backward... sometimes I do it a little toooooo much and flop myself right out of the chair...

110 in the 951

Splasherizer Z!

Making waves.... safely... I always carry my sunblock!

My new expression is, "Ahhhhhhh!"

Getting hosed by Daddy ... BRRR!!!

Screecherizer Z LOVES the water!!!

Zack n His Crack

This past weekend, the temperatures SOARED! It was 110 degrees outside!! Mommy, Daddy, and I headed outside to cool off ... I acted as the human sprinkler, splashing water all over the place with my water table ... Daddy and Mommy took turns spraying the hose at each other... and me!! It was a great way to beat the heat for a few minutes!!!

No Future in Babysitting....

Neanderthal baby....

If the baby won't go to sleep, try stabbing it in the eye with a spoon handle....

Babies love double big gulps!

Time to get out of the cup!

I'm a sweetheart.... REALLY! :)

... or maybe this should be titled, "Why Boys Shouldn't Play With Dolls." Mommy and Mama Vee thought that it would be a nice idea to get me a doll to play with - you know, to develop my sensitive, nurturing side or something. So Mama Vee found me the freakiest looking doll on the planet... it cries when you beat it against the floor. (Don't all babies?) Its leg also comes off pretty easily -- I stuck it inside on of my other toys and Daddy needed the pliers to rescue it. Here's me and my dolly.... Don't show these to CPS!!! :P

Fishies!!!

Say FISHEEEES!!

Touching my first starfish...

Splasherizing with Daddy and Gracie in the ray pool...

A ray swam up to meet me (can you see it?!)

Bravely approaching the Great White!!

Is anyone else craving calamari?

Daddy, me, and a zillion fishies... (aren't their eyes freaky?!)

Today I got to go with Mommy's 180 8th grade students to the Long Beach Aquarium! (Daddy and I helped chaperone) It was SO much fun!!! I had a great time splasherizing in the touch tanks ... I got to feel a star fish and a ray!! (I was more interested in splashing all of the water out of the tanks than I was in the wildlife, though!) Gracie and her Daddy came along for the fun too... we had a blast playing with the giant squirting squid and shark in the play area - it felt good to get wet -- it was HOT!!!

Daddy's Day II

Three generations of Brasher Boyz!

Playing with Auntie Alicia and Uncle Brian...

LOVE Grandpa Robert's hats!!!

Having a snack in the living room!

Thinkin' about how lucky I am to have such an incredible Daddy!

Daddy can hardly believe that he's been a father for over a year now! :) He has done SUCH a great job of keeping me happy, healthy, and constantly smiling this year... he is the BESTEST Daddy ever!!! We celebrated Father's Day by visiting HIS daddy (my Grandpa Robert) in Long Beach. Auntie Alicia and Uncle Brian were there too, so I had quite an audience to entertain!! We had a delicious lunch and lots of fun playing in Grandma and Grandpa's living room!

Happy Birthday, Emma!

Entertaining Daddy in the car on the way to Emma's house...

The Birthday Girl and I ... attempting to sneak a peak at her gifts!

Sampling a pink ducky at the water table...

Hangin' with the big boys!

The ladies and me!!! (That's Emma and her Mommy!)

On Saturday, my OC girlfriend Emma turned 1! I had lots of fun at her party... I tried to sneak off into a corner with her to help her open her presents... but Mommy caught us just in time! I had a great time splashing in the water and playing with the other kids there!! Thanks for a great party, Emma! :)

Afternoon Sillies

Upsidedownerizers!!

Caught in the middle of a giggle!!!

Look at all those teefs! (I have ELEVEN now, if you're still counting!)

After a fun day of playing with my Daddy, I have to share some giggles with Mommy too!! We love to hang out in the guest bedroom upstairs and flop on the mattress (it's on the floor so I can bounce, bounce, bounce!!!) Here we are sharing some silly happy times! :)
